Crossing at Eastoke Corner

The ground surrounding the track was dug up by volunteers of the HSR

Check rails were then put in place

Wooden posts were put in the ground to mark out where the concrete
had to go

The concrete was then poured into the track bed and levelled out
smoothly by HSR volunteers

The concrete was then smoothed out and the check rails were
cleared to make sure the train could easily go through it

'Edwin' was used as a test train to make sure the check rails were clear

After the concrete had set the passenger train was then able to go
through it and into Eastoke Corner station
